Evidence firstEvery factual claim links to a source, as close to the original document or data as you can get. Aim for at least one source per 300 words.
Opinion labelledYour view goes in a take block or an Opinion piece. When you argue against a view, you state it at its strongest first.
Respect for readersArgue with ideas, never insult people. Disclose paid relationships and affiliations readers should know about.
